      After almost 40 years of wine-making experience in the Bordeaux area, Alberto Lopez decided to create a wineyard in his native village  Coruña de Conde in Spain .The area is home to several wold-renowned wines such as Vega- Sicilia and Pingus, ...

       The first wines were planted in 1975, the most recent in 2001 for a total of 3 ,65 hectares(about 11 acres) devided into four parcels. Nestled on the north side of a hill, the wineyard lies at 850 m of altitude. Tempranillo (75%), Cabernet-Sauvignon (15%) and Merlot (10%) are the types of grapes cultivated.

        The green harvest, wich concists of cutting out inferior  grapes in order to ensure   full maturity of the fruits. The  juice reaches on average 13° of alcohol.

       No pesticides are used; the wineyards are only treated with copper sulfate and sulhur.

       An Ecological label was awared to our wine in 2006.
