All our wines are made usin the " Bordelaise " method, and are aged in new French oak barrels.

The wine is not filtered, therefore one typically finds a small amount of lees.

1994 : This was the first bottled harvest, there are a few bottles remaining in certain wine shops.

1995 : Very few bottles letf, cherry color, lots of fruit aroma.

1996 : Still some bottles available; a full wine a long finish.

1997 : No wine was made this year because of the sprting hailstorms that destroyed the flower buds. 

1998 : Very similar to 1994 wine, some bottles remaining.

1999 : Awarded a medal at the International Vinalies in Paris (2004), some bottles left in specialized shopes.

2000 : Similar to 1994 and 1998, suitable to laying down.

2001 : Beautiful fruits that made a very balanced wine, suitable to laying down.

2002 : Lots of similarities with the 2001 wine, suitable to laying down.

2003 : Surely the most wholesome.

2004 : Still in barrels, should be a great wine.

2005 : There no bottle left.

2006 : An exceptional wine.
